That site you're referring to is fake and it has nothing to do with Kate. She doesn't have an official site. She doesn't do twitter or facebook either.

I don't know of a way to contact Kate these days, I know that some people have had replies from fanmail addresses in the past but sadly I don't know of a current one.

But all internet sites or accounts that pretend to be Kate are fake, that's for sure! She said it herself, she does not want to do it so she can protect her private life.
