The house is of 3,603 sqft, has a lot size of 0.39 acres and was built in 1965...

It is said that the house has been sold on 31st May 2006 at $3,595,000 !!!!

Who has already been in front of her house ? How many people know her address ???

I think the only one that do not know the address of her is me. U have even sent images from inside the house and interiors.How did u do that?
I want to have her address too. Maybe I can be a good neighbor for her.

I think the pictures must be quite old because I'm pretty sure the back of the house must have been painted white now? Maybe the whole house was this brick/wood colour before... because in the aerial view you can clearly see that one bit of it what is dark on the pictures is now white.

But it's a beautiful house and the description sounds amazing!

It's a beautiful home. Kate doesn't strike me as the kind of person who wants a gigantic 10,000+ square foot home. The vast majority of celebrities live in very nice homes like this. Very few live in 10 million dollar mansions. For ever Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise, there are 10 famous or well known celebs who live in smaller, yet still beautiful homes. Not every celebrity has the kind of ego where they feel like they need to maintain a certain status.
