Yes, it's a documentary. I think it was made three years ago. It's probably been shown only in the UK.

This was a short (~40 minutes) British TV documentary in a series about various dead actors, comedians, etc., all with the title 'The Unforgettable..[name of subject]'. Kate appeared for a few short interview segments, totalling only a few minutes. Her mother Judy and half-sister Samantha ware also interviewed, along with various other relatives and former colleagues of Kate's father Richard, who was evidently very well-loved. He died of a heart attack aged only 31, as you probably know.
